Fun Fact
Patricia Antion advised us that, “The licensee of the Gator Bowl was the only company that did not charge a royalty for the use of the Gator Bowl logo. I did pay royalties to WVU and CLC but not The Gator Bowl. When I spoke with the owner, he was happy to hear the revenue was going to the charities within the hospital. Very generous gentleman.” (Author Dana heath-Thomas)

  • in 2008 a Cobalt Blue bread tray (0412) was also designed using the Meineke Car Care bowl logo with the Flying WV logo as illustrated to the left.
  • The illustration to the right shows the CLC official hologram sticker.
  • Thank you to Rebecca Taylor for the use of her photos.
  • Below are numerous HLC renditions.  The Cobalt Blue and Sunflower renditions seem to have been spot on and did not require any changes.
  • However, White took four different renditions before it was approved.  You can see the process on how each rendition changed.  One you have to look closely at to see the issue, but once you see it, it’s pretty visible.
