  • Interesting fact: In 2016 a collector’s group was allowed to sign up for a special “paint a plate” and “decal a plate” events.  In the “decorate a plate” event there were retired decals, such as this.  Attendees were allowed to add decals to dinner plates and java mugs.
  • These plates will not have the red line around the edge.
  • Here is one such example.  Many individual artisis creations are know to exsist.
