Produced in the following colors – White, Cobalt Blue, Turquoise, Sunflower, Shamrock, Tangerine, Scarlet, Peacock, Ivory, Lemongrass, Paprika, Lapis, Poppy, Slate, Sage, Claret, Daffodil.

It was NOT produced in the following colors – Black, Rose, Apricot, Yellow, Periwinkle Blue, Sea Mist Green, Lilac, Persimmon, Sapphire, Chartreuse, Pearl Gray, Juniper, Cinnabar, Plum, Heather, Evergreen, Chocolate, Marigold, Flamingo, Foundry, Mulberry and all colors produced after Mulberry.

  • These were produced at The Hall China Company, which The Homer Laughlin China Company bought in 2010.
  • In April 2017, HLC took Shamrock and Claret out of production.
  • Daffodil trays were not supposed to be produced. However, a very limited quantity were and sold through Kohls.
  • About 200 White square trays were advertised as a production “error” and sold on HLC’s website. However, I believe these were overruns for the 2015 HLC salary employee Christmas gift, shown in the illustration to the left. (Photo courtesy of Alex Silva)
  • The illustration to the left shows a square tray with handles. However, this one has a hole in the center. This type of tray (item number 1462) is the base to the 3 tier server. Individuals sometimes buy these trays at HLC’s retail outlet stores seconds room to make their own tiered server. You can find more information about this piece on the 3 tier server page.
  • The illustration to the left shows how the handles on this serving tray resemble the handles on the vintage Fiesta® cream soup bowl.
  • The illustration to the right shows an actual vintage Fiesta® cream soup bowl.

Fun Fact –

  • March 2022 a rare vintage Fiesta® Rose Ebony cream soup was sold at Strawser Auctions for $4,000.00 + buyers premium.
