- There were three children’s sets produced.
- The “My First Fiesta®” set (Item Number: 853-8261) was the first. This set included a Yellow 2-cup teapot, two Yellow bread & butter plates, a Rose and Periwinkle Blue AD/demitasse cup and saucer sets, and a Turquoise children’s creamer and covered sugar as shown in the illustration at the top of the page with the original box.
- Sometime after Yellow was taken out of production (2002), HLC replaced the Yellow 2-cup teapot and the two Yellow bread & butter plates with a Sunflower 2-cup teapot and Sunflower bread & butter plates. This set was sold under the same item number (853-8261) as the Yellow set and in the original style box that the Yellow set was sold in. The Sunflower set is illustrated above right.
- Sometime around 2004, HLC introduced the “Child’s Party Set” (853-8753). This set included a Tangerine 2-cup teapot, two Tangerine bread & butter plates, a Shamrock and Plum AD cup saucer set, and a Sunflower sugar/creamer set as shown in the illustration below. Betty Crocker sold this as the “My First Fiesta®” set in their catalog.

Produced ONLY in the following colors – Turquoise and Sunflower
- The sugar lids have two different designs as illustrated to the left. The version on the left has the concentric rings and the flared finial where the lid on the right has the button style finial and no rings.
- You can find both style lids in both colors.
- Children’s creamer and sugar sets are also known to exist in Black (left), Pearl Gray (center) and Juniper (right) as illustrated above.

- It was later released to all retailers.
- The Sunflower set was introduced sometime around 2004 when HLC introduced the “Child’s Party Set.”
