Coffee Server - No longer in production
Produced in the following colors – White, Black, Rose, Apricot, Cobalt Blue, Yellow, Turquoise, Periwinkle Blue, Sea Mist Green, Lilac, Persimmon, Pearl Gray, Juniper, Cinnabar, Sunflower
It was NOT produced in the following colors – Sapphire, Plum and all colors produced after Plum (except as noted below).
- Sapphire coffee servers are known to exist.
- Juniper coffee servers were sold exclusively through the H.P. Johnson Company. (HLC’s wholesaler) to independent retailers.
- When the Fiesta® coffee server was introduced in 1986, it was produced using the Amberstone/ Casualstone/ Fiesta® Ironstone mold. This design was very short lived due to the shrinkage and warping of the vitrified clay during production.
- These two illustrations show one of these coffee servers produced in Fiesta® White glaze.

- An Apricot glazed coffee server in this early style sold on eBay for $373.00 in March 2018.
- Another version of the early Post 86 (Amberstone/Casualstone/Fiesta® Ironstone style) coffee server was sold using the early version large teapot lid with the wide opening and flared finial, as shown in the illustration to the left. (Photo courtesy of Steve Beals)
- One of these early Post 86 (teapot lid style) Apricot glazed coffee servers, sold on eBay for $481.00 in April 2018.
- Each year, since 1995, the East Liverpool High School Alumni Association (ELHSAA) holds an auction which “lends support to the Alumni Association/Education and Scholarship Fund”. The Homer Laughlin China Company (1995-2019), The Fiesta® Tableware Company (2020 to present), The Hall China Company (1995-2019), W.C. Bunting Co. (1999-present) and the W.C. Bunting Co./Commercial Decal of Ohio, Inc. companies (2016-2017), all support the organization by donating 12 or 24 limited edition pieces for ELHSAA to auction off.
- Since the sale of the Homer Laughlin China and Hall China brands, the Fiesta® Tableware Co. has been donating Hall China item for this auction. (2020 to present).
- Below is a list of the quantity and colors that were donated in this specific piece.
24 – Chartreuse coffee servers were donated in 1998, however, some unnumbered were sold at HLC’s factory retail outlet store.
7 – Crystalline – five in the Blue and two in the Brown Crystalline glaze were donated in 2001. (see below for more information)
24 – Shamrock coffee servers were donated in 2003 – unnumbered are known to exist
24 – Scarlet coffee servers were donated in 2007 – unnumbered are known to exist
12 – Chocolate coffee servers were donated in 2009.
12 – Marigold coffee servers were donated in 2011.
12 – Flamingo coffee servers were donated in 2013 – unnumbered are known to exist
12 – Ivory coffee servers were donated in 2017.
- Crystalline pieces were donated to the East Liverpool High School Alumni Association (ELHSAA) for their June 17, 2001 auction. According to the Certificate of Authenticity that was issued for each piece, these donated pieces were the “remaining pieces from the glaze experiments that were conducted in the Homer Laughlin laboratory in early 2001”.

- A Blue crystalline coffee server sold at Strawser Auction in March 2018 for $850.00

- On November 4, 2023 Strawser Auction sold the only known Medium Green coffee server at auction. The final price including buyer’s premium was $50,600.00.
