  • You will notice in the above main illustration, that the handles of the mugs vary. Why do they vary? Because HLC employees hand apply the handles to the mugs, so the shapes vary from employee to employee. Some customers like how the handles vary and they feel that is what makes Fiesta® so unique. Others try to find handles that match. Which type are you?
  • With the introduction of Butterscotch in 2020 – FTC stopped producing this bowl in Shamrock and Ivory.
  • In 2021 FTC added to the “not being produced in” glazes of Cobalt Blue and Slate.
  • I’m sure some of you will get the two latte mugs confused, so the illustration to the right shows the two together.
  • The Latte mug (0747) is on the left and the Bistro latte mug is on the right.

Fun Fact –

  • On some of the early versions the Bistro Latte mug, the  backstamp is missing the – in the “F” of Fiesta® as shown in the illustration to the left.

Another Fun Fact –

  • In 2007 I came across this prototype mug as illustrated to the left. I had no idea what HLC was trying to design at that time.  At first, I thought it may be the Latte mug as illustrated to the right.  However, since the Bistro Lattes have appeared I now believe it was an early trial version the Bistro Latte mug.
