It was NOT produced in the following color – Sapphire, Sky and all colors produced after Sky.
- The rim around this bowl measures about 2″ and is the largest of the rimmed pasta bowls.
- Clear glazed bowls are known to exist.
- Chocolate bowls were sold through HLC’s factory retail stores only.
- This bowl was originally called a Pasta Bowl 12”, however with the introduction of Daffodil (2017), the name changed to Rim Pasta Bowl 12” on the shape sheet. HLC has also referenced this bowl as the rim soup 12″ bowl.
- Foundry rim pasta bowls are sold as overruns at HLC’s retail outlet when the Skull and Vine design is produced.
- In March 2019, Shamrock, Ivory and Slate were taken out of the production line up.

- The outer rim of the bowl measures about 1-1/4″ wide and is the smallest of the rimmed bowls.
- Clear glazed bowls are known to exist. Instead of applying a color glaze, HLC will sometimes apply clear glaze to the bisque piece to obtain more of a natural/neutral look.
- The Casualstone (right) like the Vintage (left) deep plates have a wet foot (glazed). However, the Casualstone will not have a backstamp as shown in the illustration to the right.
- The Amberstone/Casualstone deep plates have an underglaze decoration. (Amberstone not shown.)
