It was NOT produced in the following colors – Rose, Apricot, Yellow, Periwinkle Blue, Sea Mist Green, Lilac, Sapphire, Chartreuse, Pearl Gray, Juniper.
- Foundry individual oval casserole / baker were added to the line in 2016.
- Sage individual oval casseroles / baker were taken out of production in March 2018.
- With the introduction of Butterscotch in 2020 – FTC stopped producing these bowls in Shamrock, and Ivory.
- With the introduction of Twilight in 2021 – FTC added Cobalt Blue and Slate to the out of production line up.
- There are known individual oval casseroles / bakers glazed in the Aqua glaze from FTC’s Terrace dinnerware line.
- The illustration to the left shows an individual casserole / baker inside a large oval baker.
Fun Facts –
- This piece did not appear on a Fiesta® shape sheet until the Paprika bakeware shape sheet (4/2010), where it was called an individual oval baker. The name changed to individual oval casserole on the Poppy shape sheet (dated 3/2014).
- When the Peony shape sheet (dated 12/2021) the name changed once again to “Small Oval Casserole”. However, FTC’s website calls it an “Individual Casserole”.

It was NOT produced in the following colors – Black, Rose, Apricot, Yellow, Periwinkle Blue, Sea Mist Green, Lilac, Persimmon, Sapphire, Chartreuse, Pearl Gray, Juniper, Cinnabar, Plum, Heather, Evergreen, Slate and all colors produced after Slate.
- These were produced at The Hall China Company, which The Homer Laughlin China Company bought in 2010.
- HLC discontinued distributing this item in White and Lemongrass to their general retailer’s effective 12/31/2011. However, they were still available for purchase through HLC’s retail stores.
- Then in March 2013, HLC announced that this item would be taken out of production in White and Lemongrass.
- HLC offered this piece in the Slate and Sage colors only to their restaurant ware customers in 2015.
- As of 2024, I have not seen a Slate or Sage oval baker. If you have please send me an email ([email protected])
