Produced ONLY in the following colors – White, Black, Rose, Apricot, Cobalt Blue, Yellow, Turquoise, Periwinkle Blue, Sea Mist Green.

  • This style lamp was sold exclusively through the J.C. Penney department store. They were only offered in their 1993 spring catalog.
  • You will find lamps with longer necks and larger shades. These have been altered or made from bases purchased at the HLC retail outlet store.
  • A Lilac glazed lamp is known to exist.
  • A Raspberry glazed lamp is known to exist in the HLC art department.

Produced in the following colors – White, Black, Rose, Apricot, Cobalt Blue, Yellow, Turquoise, Periwinkle Blue, Sea Mist Green, Persimmon.

It was NOT produced in the following colors –  Lilac, Sapphire, Chartreuse, and all colors produced after Chartreuse.

 

 

  • The teapot lamp was exclusive to Linen N Things. 
  • The illustration to the right shows a 1997 Linen N Things advertisement showing the teapot lamps.  
  • The teapot lamp was molded as one piece (including the lid) as illustrated on the left.
  • It has an open base, a hole in the finial and another one on the side for the electrical cord as illustrated on the right.
  • After market lamps were produced by Kathy Lynne Collectibles and Cuthbertson Imports, Inc.
  • In 1997, Kathy Lynne started making lamps using Fiesta® carafes and later expanded to the 2 cup teapots. Her lamps were marked on the bottom with “©KLC”. (Below photos courtesy of Kathy Bushart)
  • Kathy stated the following about her Carafe lamps, “The following quantities and colors were made: rose 11, chartreuse 10 – one of these was made with permission for the FCOA convention in 1998, seamist 16, periwinkle blue 15, sapphire 20, persimmon 26, turquoise 18, apricot 6. There were also a few carafe lamps made with my Fiesta® cow on it – looks like 7 of those. There were also some lamps and shades made that were exclusive for conventions and/or clubs… The majority of the lamps were signed and dated 1997 and 1998, but it does look like I made a few in 1999.”
  • Lamps made from Royalty and Monarch vases were made by Cuthbertson Imports and sold to independent retailers.
  • The illustration to the left is a scan of their  2002 Cuthbertson’s order form shape sheet showing these two lamps.

  • Vintage lamps were made from the vintage Fiesta® drip cut syrup base.
  • The illustration to the left shows a lamp with two drip cut syrups along side for comparison.

  • Vintage syrups as illustrated to the right measures 3-5/8” wide (including handle) x 5-3/4” height (including lid)
  • The illustration to the left shows a rare Vintage Fiesta® syrup in a Maroon glaze.  This was auctioned at Strawser Auctions March 2020 and sold for $1,600.00 + buyer’s premium.
